The founder
Talal Al-Husseini
Talal founded Prosperia to give leaders in the region an advisor who understands both the strategy and the human side of change.
He advises senior leaders and founders across the MENA region on change management, strategic planning and leadership, drawing on established change frameworks including Kotter, ADKAR and Bridges, adapted to how organisations in the region actually work.
